Paradialer Help

Use your own number

Show a number you already own at another carrier as your caller ID — procedure and risks.

If you already own a number at another carrier, you can verify it in Paradialer and show it as the caller ID of your outbound calls, without renting it from us. It is free and does not count toward your included numbers.

Your pickup rate may drop

A verified number is not hosted by Paradialer: the call leaves through our carrier while presenting your number. Depending on the country you call, it may show as hidden to your prospect, or the call may be blocked. Read the risks below before using it.

Verify a number

Managers and admins only, in Account → Phone numbers → Use my own number.

  1. Enter the number in international format (e.g. +52 55 1234 5678).
  2. Choose how to receive the code: SMS or call.
  3. Enter the code you received on that phone. The number becomes Active.

It is then available to the whole team as a caller number. If the code doesn't arrive, use Resend code (requests are limited per hour). Remove deletes the verification; the number stays with your carrier.

A verified number is outbound only: incoming calls keep reaching your carrier, not Paradialer.

Risks by destination country

  • France — mobile numbers (06/07): a French mobile number may only be presented from a mobile network. Since 1 January 2026, a call from a non-mobile carrier or from abroad presenting an unauthenticated 06/07 is shown as "hidden number" (Arcep rule).
  • France — landline numbers (01 to 05, 09): a call from abroad presenting an unauthenticated French landline number is cut.
  • Spain: since 7 June 2025, calls from abroad presenting a Spanish number are blocked (except roaming).
  • Mexico: no equivalent rule in force today, but transit carriers may replace or hide the number. Test a few calls before running a campaign.
  • Other countries: rules vary; always test before using it at scale.

Forbidden with multi-dial

Do not use a verified number in multi-dial mode (several lines in parallel). That volume of calls presenting a number not hosted by our carrier is treated as spoofing and can get the number or the account blocked by the carrier. Use it in single-line mode only. Paradialer cannot be held responsible for a block caused by multi-dial use.

To call France with a visible 06/07, the only reliable option is a hosted mobile number: see Phone numbers & KYC.
