Billing & subscription
The Master subscription, seats, minutes and numbers — handled through Stripe.
Your subscription is managed from the settings, Plan tab. An active subscription is required to place calls and invite members.
The Master subscription
The Master plan is billed through Stripe — no commitment, cancel any time, secure payment. From the Plan tab you can see your license, your seats and the minutes used this month.
What you're billed for
- Seats — every teammate you invite adds a seat (+€50/month, plus included call minutes), prorated immediately. See Invite your team.
- Minutes — minutes beyond your pool are billed as overage.
- Numbers — an extra paid number costs €5/month; free slots add nothing.
Managing or cancelling
From the Plan tab, you can update your payment method, look at your invoices and cancel — access stays active until the end of the current period.
After a successful payment, the subscription activates immediately and you can call.
"Billing isn't configured yet"?
That message points to a configuration problem on the Paradialer side, not yours — contact us and we'll unblock it.
