Invite your team
Add members, pick their role, and manage invitations and seats.
Invite your teammates into your workspace from the settings, Team section.
Inviting a member
- Open Settings → Team.
- Click Invite.
- Enter the email address and pick a role.
- Send the invitation.
The person signs in (or signs up) with that address, then accepts the invitation from their home screen.
The roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything: team, billing, settings, calls. |
| Manager | Run campaigns and the team, see everyone's stats. |
| SDR | Place calls and qualify their own calls. Create and edit scripts, when the option is on (see below). |
| Read-only | Look without changing anything. |
You can change a member's role at any time from the list.
Scripts: what SDRs can do
In Account → Team, the "SDRs can create and edit scripts" option is on by default. SDRs can then create a script and edit any of the team's scripts (text or PDF). Deleting a script and choosing the default script stay reserved to managers and admins. A manager can turn the option off at any time; read-only members never edit scripts.
Seats and subscription
Inviting members requires an active subscription (see Billing). Each invited member adds a seat to your subscription (+€50/month, prorated immediately).
If you reach your seat count, the invitation offers to add one. You stay in control: nothing is added without confirmation.
Pending invitations & removal
- Pending invitations: you can revoke an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet.
- Removing a member: the person keeps their account but loses access to this workspace (see below for how that differs from deactivation).
Deactivating or deleting a member
When a rep leaves the team, you have two options in the ⋯ menu of their row (admins only):
| Deactivate | Delete | |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace access (app, dialer, Claude) | Cut immediately, the person is signed out | Cut |
| Billed seat | Freed | Freed |
| Call history | Kept | Kept |
| "Agent" filters in the log, per-rep table in Insights | Still there, marked "deactivated" | Disappears from the lists |
| Can come back | Reactivate in one click (takes a seat again) | Re-invite by email |
In most cases, deactivate: their calls stay filterable and their stats visible, with no access and no paid seat. A deactivated member no longer receives inbound calls and no longer appears in assignment choices.
Worth knowing
- You can't deactivate the last active admin, nor yourself.
- Reactivation is refused if all your paid seats are already taken: add a seat or free one up first.
- Their role is kept and applies again on reactivation.
Invitation email not arriving?
The invitation stays valid: the person can sign in with the invited email and accept it from the home screen. If there's a sending problem, contact us.
