Start a call session

Pick a campaign and a multi-dial mode, then launch your outbound calling session.

A session runs through your outbound calls on a campaign, dialing one or several lines at a time.

Steps

  1. Open the Dialer in the app.
  2. Select a campaign: its queue of contacts to call appears.
  3. Pick a mode:
    • Sequential (1 line) — one contact at a time.
    • Multi 2 to 5 lines — several numbers dialed in parallel; as soon as a human picks up, you're connected to them and the other lines are hung up.
  4. Click Start session.

First launch

On your very first session (and whenever you change mic/speaker), an audio check opens so you can verify your hardware. See Test your mic & speaker.

Choosing the number of lines

The more lines, the faster you talk to prospects — but keep the mode in line with your list: in Multi 5, the session only starts if the queue holds enough reachable contacts (see Calling zone & countries).

Pausing or ending

  • Pause: stops dialing, keeps the session open.
  • End: closes the session and shows the summary (calls made, connects, qualified).

A connect means a human picked up. Voicemail doesn't count as a connect in your stats. See Stats & outcomes for the full breakdown of the metrics.
