Connect HubSpot

Link your HubSpot to sync your contacts and log calls automatically in the CRM.

Connecting

1. Open Settings → HubSpot integration.
2. Click Connect HubSpot and authorize access.
3. The status turns to Connected.

What gets synced

• Contacts — two-way sync; import a HubSpot list, then dial straight away.
• Calls — every answered call is logged as a call activity on the contact, with its qualification and the recording link.
• Outcomes — each call comes across with a HubSpot disposition (Connected, No answer, Wrong number…), see below. An outcome corrected afterwards (from the call page or from Claude) updates the same HubSpot activity.
• In the call log, the icon next to a contact's name opens their HubSpot record directly.

On a contact's card, the HubSpot activity tab shows recent calls, emails, meetings and notes.

Call disposition: status or outcome

In Account → HubSpot, at the bottom of the mapping, the disposition source menu picks where the disposition sent to HubSpot comes from:

• Call outcome (entered by the SDR) — the default. The disposition follows the outcome the rep picked: "Wrong number" goes across as Wrong number, "Voicemail" as Left voicemail… Set the disposition of each outcome in the table; with nothing set, Paradialer proposes one automatically from the outcome's name (shown as "Auto: …"). A call with no outcome (hung up, no answer) uses the disposition of its status, which you set just below.
• Call status (automatic) — the disposition follows the status Paradialer detected (Connected, Voicemail, No answer, Busy or failed…), whatever outcome was entered.

An outcome's disposition setting is the same one as in the Edit dialog under Account → Call outcomes: changing one changes the other.

Refreshing & re-importing

Use Refresh from HubSpot to re-sync a list or a contact when data changed on the CRM side.
