Star a call
Mark calls with a star to find them again — shared with the whole team.
You can mark a call with a star to find it easily again — a good call worth re-listening to, or one to share in a team review.
How to do it
- From the call history, click the star on the row.
- Or from a call's page, use the star at the top.
Stars are shared with the team
A star is shared at the organization level: if one member stars a call, the whole team sees it starred. Any member (apart from read-only access) can add or remove a star.
Filter the history on starred to see only the marked calls.
