Phone numbers & KYC
Buying and managing your numbers, the French regulatory check (KYC), and how numbers are billed.
Your numbers are managed in Account → Phone numbers. The regulatory check (KYC) lives in Account → French regulatory profile (KYC).
Buying a number
Use the Buy a number button.
- Pick a country (FR, US, GB, BE, CH, ES, DE, IT, NL, CA, IE, PT, LU) and a type: Mobile, Landline, or Toll-free. For a landline, you can specify a local area code.
- Available numbers load automatically — select one.
- Click Provision.
French mobile: on request
French mobile numbers aren't self-service (carrier validation). The dialog switches to a request (quantity + note); it shows as Pending until our team provisions it.
Regulatory check (KYC)
Required for French landline (geographic) numbers. You get the number immediately, but it stays Pending (not callable) until your regulatory profile is approved.
The profile (filled once, reusable) asks for:
- Contact: contact name and phone, legal entity name, SIREN.
- Address: line 1 (+ line 2), city, postcode.
- Document: your KBis as a PDF (10 MB max).
Click Submit. A banner guides you depending on the state:

| Under review | Being checked by the carrier; email when it's activated. |
| Approved | Your FR landline numbers go live. |
| Rejected | The reason is shown — Fix and resubmit link. |
How numbers are billed
- 3 numbers included (free slots) per organization.
- From the 4th onwards, each number has its own €5/month subscription (via Stripe), charged before the purchase.
- If a free slot opens up, the Move to a free slot action cancels the €5/month subscription (at the end of the period, no refund).

The numbers table
Columns: Number, Country, Type, Status, Forwarding, Owner.
Statuses: Active (green), Pending (yellow), Suspended (red), Released (grey).
Row actions:
- Configure forwarding — forward incoming calls to a number (or Disable).
- Move to a free slot (where applicable).
- Release — the number stops receiving calls; the history stays available. Any €5/month subscription is cancelled.
